Architectural PM

All Acre projects are executed by the Architectural Project Manager. The Architectural PM is the principal administrator and communicator between the contractor, consultants, regulatory agencies, and internal production staff. The Architectural PM will balance needs from clients with needs from the field, contributing to and maintaining a thorough understanding of Acre’s evolving product line. The Architectural PM is authorized to speak on Acre’s behalf, and as such is ultimately responsible for the successful execution of Acre projects. The Architectural PM will work closely with our “Client Sherpa” to understand project needs and goals, but will be focused on project execution above direct client interaction.

About You

This isn’t your first PM rodeo. You have 5+ years of product management experience, where you’ve managed either residential or commercial projects and teams.

You set the vision for your team and then make it happen. You can own a problem space and set an 18+ month roadmap for how you’ll solve those problems.

You know how to get results. Through collaboration with your team, you routinely deliver meaningful results for the projects and the business. You share and celebrate and build momentum around positive results. You learn and course correct when you don’t get the results you want.

You obsess over the details. You have an eye for spotting errors or issues in drawings, be it an errant leader, missing note, or a flashing detail that isn’t readable. You ensure that sets are accurate, represent our standards and are going to deliver the best results in the field.

You are a skilled written communicator. Acre works remotely with team, clients, partners and vendors, and writing is our primary means of communication. You can use written communication to share your team’s vision, roadmap, and progress.

You love doing things efficiently. At Acre, the work you do will have a disproportionate impact on the business. We believe in systems and processes that let us scale our impact to be larger than ourselves. You’ll constantly be looking to make the next project faster and smoother than the previous.

How To Apply

We have a non-standard application process. To jump-start the process we ask a few questions we normally would ask at the start of an interview. This helps speed up the process and lets us get to know you a bit better right out of the gate.

After you apply, you are going to hear back from us, even if we don’t seem like a good fit. In fact, throughout the process, we strive to make sure you never go more than seven days without hearing from us.
